In order to be entitled to this Money Back Guarantee, user must show proof of CAHSEE test score taken after using XLPrep.com. This money back guarantee does not apply to students involved in academic site school licenses.
Under terms of either Money Back Guarantee, XLPrep.com refunds the subscription fee in full if student does not pass the CAHSEE exam. XLPrep.com reserves the right to terminate or revoke this Money Back Guarantee at any time, without prior notice. To obtain a refund, user must contact billing@xlprep.com and provide the username/email of the member's account plus test score after subscribing to XLPrep.com.
